Guys I have a '20 Power Wagon and am getting the windshield replaced as I type. The sensor in the mirror is 68298468a and it shows as a rain sensor wiper. My truck is only level 1 and didn't think it had it. I do have alfaobd to make the changes if thats all I need.
I have a 2020 2500 PW Max Steel with the black textured door handles. Anyone have part numbers for the handles and caps? Local dealer can only find the handles and RH cap, no LH cap. I don't want to change all 4 to body color. I'm fine with the cheap black.
The ride with SA and salesman has already happened. With that, I did some digging and may have stumbled onto something. I have always thought there are 2 variables causing this issue, one being the pressure. 2nd is the compound of rubber for the 3 peak mountain rating. My guys that put DTs...
Told him someone is lying. Either its him or the other 3 guys that say its unsafe.... ya know the same guys that called FCA for help it's so bad.
But in all fairness the SM says he will get me out of truck, but wants to put me in another Ram. Problem is Quad Rebels are hard to comeby and I'm on...
So as it stands they reached out to FCA in which they gave them some ideas but the truck checks out fine. Alignment was a hair out on toe, but nothing that should affect drivability. They want to send a field tech out Monday, which is way too late for me as I'm in a time crunch to get truck...
I needed a qud cab rebel and closest one that had the options I required was 2 states away. The dealer I bought my 2017 from needed to sell one more truck to make the month end numbers and wanted to make that sale, so they went and got it. It was supposed to have under 400 miles on it when I...
That's was my 1st question to salesman. How did someone drive this 370 miles and not say anything to me? On top of that, the black grill was stained white . That means they didnt even walk around the truck to check for damage.
I asked why I didnt get a PDI form and they replied the original...
Update. Got a VM from SA. The SA, tech and salesman all agree something is very wrong. They have a call into FCA as they dont know what could be causing the problem. Not good for a truck I just drove off the lot. I have less than 2 weeks to get the truck ready the way I need it for Colorado...
No noises or pattern of pull. Everything looks normal. I'm not gonna spend too much of my time chasing this down. It's the dealers job and I will hold the accountable and make them do the work.
Captain CJ35..... I agree with you 110%. It is so bad I asked them to bring a flatbed to come pick it up. Even if the air pressure change makes some improvement, just as you say, what happens when I do have that load?
The reason I was driving the Rebel yesterday was to pick up a Sled Deck. It...
Yes, that is the way I have always thought of it, When you add tongue weight of a trailer and the payload in the bed, I would assume you would have more weight over the rear axle than front.
This truck has a 1970 lb payload, and its intended purpose is toe be my winter ride that has a sled...
Not yet. I just got the truck. Its going back to dealer later today which is 100 miles away. After buying 3 new rides a yr (on avg) for the last 15+ yrs, an aliment needed and\or wrong tire pressure from delivery is a 1st.
