No e-torque

I dis and reconnected the battery a few times and it finally wound up working. I actually just placed the terminal on the battery and that’s when it started. Once I had it started I tightened the battery terminal. Seems ok now. Started it a few times at this point.

I’ve looked but can’t find anything that matches my issue….. trucks a 2019 1500. I installed a new battery in the truck (it’s charged). I got in to start it and it does nothing. Brake pedal is hard, seems to recognize the fob, says to step on brake and push button. I push the button and nothing...

Take the top trim piece off by the cup holders, 6 screws, rip it off.

Ditto... how do you get into the back of the console? I tried pulling things off but it wasn't budging. Thanks
