I changed the adaptations for the front parking lamps to be LED and that seems to have fixed the issue. The DRL strips work and do not flicker on and off anymore.

That makes sense that it resets. I have not messed with the settings, I am using JScan so I will give that a try.

I don't think a dealer would have any reason to snoop around BCM settings but being under warranty and if a warranty question came into play, I was curious if that is something that would be visible. Good to know that the WiTech doesn't dive that deep down.
