The original TSB 09-033-19 has been superseded by TSB 09-056-19. Same ANC symptoms as described in this thread and instructs the dealer to reflash the ANC module.- roughrider

Disabling Active Noise Cancellation
Just came from the dealer. The original TSB 08-03319 has been superseded by a new one, TSB 08-056-19. It instructs the dealer service people to reflash the Active Noise Cancelation (ANC) module and has a specific method for doing it. The symptoms described in the TSB are exactly as described in...- roughrider

Hi, I just bought a new Ram 1500 Big Horn with 4600 miles on it and it has a nearly identical problem. The intermittent noise seems similar to a 60 cycle hum in electrical power systems. It started at about 30 miles an hour and lasts about 15 seconds then stops for about 15 seconds and repeats...- roughrider
