I believe it, I looked at them, pricey, even with a JM friend’s and family discount. Low APR “deal” was only for 36 months. These truck prices don’t divide by 36 very well lol. Not unless you want another mortgage.
True, it’s crazy. I’ve never done that personally but I have a friend that’s done that several times now. I was shocked when he told me what his little eco box was costing him, more than my truck.
It really bit him when the last vehicle was totaled in a wreck. He owed wayyyyyy more than what...
Lol, exactly. Odd since my wife’s FCA vehicle has very good control over the Uconnect and dash brightness. Much more control for some reason compared to my Ram.
Ideally on the Ram there would be a middle ground between the daytime brightness level and “brightest” headlights on lighting level...
Sorry no, haven’t had that issue. Is it just the connector at the bumper that’s corroded? Or the wiring harness is damaged?
If it’s just the 4/7 pin plug at the bumper, I’m sure that can be replaced without too much hassle.
In my experience, towing a 7,500 pound 30’ trailer, in my both my Ram 1500 5.7L 4x4 and my brother in law’s GMC 1500 5.3L 4x4, you should be fine. More truck will always be better, and if you have the money, go for a 2500! But I wouldn’t worry about the Ram and that weight personally.
Hey! Welcome!
Wrong forum section though, might get a better response in the right category, not everyone checks here often.
That said, I don’t think there’s a switch, but I haven’t played with mine. Truck might need to be in “run” though.
I have an outlet in my Rambox and that has a...
Uconnect 4 software and map update USB drives came in. Directions say that it takes like 30 minutes each to do. Find some time to do that this weekend.
Also got my used Mopar RamBox bed divider / tailgate extender. Found a deal locally. Used the knock off bed extender hardware from Amazon...
Ran into a similar experience with a dealer here. They had ten 2023 Rebels on the lot, all brand new, sitting this whole time, still trying to get $60k for them. Like how long do you want to hold onto these trucks guys? Lol
All the same, just the level 1 package, not maxed out options wise...
I would tend to agree. Price aside (since I bought in used) the only new Ram that’s exciting to me is the Ramcharger. Little grill changes and an interesting power plant. But I bet it’s gonna cost a lot and sell in low numbers, like a TRX.
There's a few things happening at once.
There's probably a group of buyers waiting to test drive the new truck and motor, then decide if it's worth it to go with the changes, or grab a deal on the last of the 2024 Hemi leftovers.
I'm sure there's a good size group that doesn't want the new...
