I change my oil between 4K-5k and never go over that. Using PUP 5w30and lube gaurd Some might say I waste money on oil but I sleep well know I always have clean oil in the engine.

I used 3/8 stainless steel bolts on mine. As it was would I had handy and readily available from work. Over torque is a big reason these break or cause exhaust pipes to crack.
