Yes, I actually wanted the shop to put resonators back on. Went with this instead. The drone was really bad before, but this eliminated it completely. It's really deep on a cold start, but quiet as I go unless I get into it which i don't often.

2019 Ram Laramie, had a Flowmaster FX that woke everyone up in the neighborhood on cold starts. I did something similar to what you are saying, but took some of the pipe out, put a Magnaflow on then kept the flow master. Definitely a different sound, more like a deep grumble, but it sounds...
