I’d try disconnecting both terminals and touching them together. If that dont work then its multi meter time. edit. Have you tried an update? Turn on wifi in the menu and connecting?

Okay we’ll back up. Which system? Alpine or Harmon Kardon? The amplifier is under the seat which is where you find the ANC plugs. Right side of the amp. I could go through it here but there are Youtube videos on the topic. After replacing all the speakers the damn radio hummed like crazy...

Check your ANC plug under the drivers seat. Does the hum go away when you roll down the passenger window? One possible fix would be to by pass it all together. Cruthchfield sells the by-pass harness.

I would check the ANC plug. Very few techs know how to diagnose electrical problems. Out of the 10 techs hired only 1 or 2 are proficient in interpreting schematics and diagrams. I would take it to a car audio installation guy. The problem could be the entertainment center. Loose connections...

Had about 2” of ice on my Broke the hood bezel (vent) off when a big chunk of ice came loose. Went to lift off the chunk and the bezel came with it. $117 later i have a new one. Corner broke off. Ice was about 2.5” thick.

That tick would be a lot quicker if it was engine related. Engine is rotating at 600 idle. Have you changed your belts or tensioner yet? When belts are done the pulley needs to be done as well.
