Key Left Vehicle Feature (Three Horn Chirp)

How long should it take for the seatbelt light to turn off? I’m sitting here for 5 minutes. Ignition in run position, engine off. Seatbelt light never shuts off. ‘22 Laramie, EcoDiesel.- rfuilrez
