Thank you every one trying to help. The software update didn't help. The dealer will be replacing the radio unit (warranty). They stated that there is an internal short. I don't know how true that is, but I am not going to argue with them.

Wow, I am in the same boat - darn squeak after I stop or after putting the truck in drive. I have a scheduled a dealer visit next week for it and other issues.

2021 1500 Eco here, found oil leak at 10k, dealer stated that the front engine cover needs to be replaced. Ordered parts. Now at 14,500, parts are supposed to come in next week. My driveway looks like I own 87 Omni.

2021 RAM with 11,400 miles - discovered mold under the Mopar rubber floor mats. Dealer tested and found a leak in the rear glass. They replaced it. Any pointers on getting the mold out?

Today, once again I ran into a similar problem. The radio doesn't turn on, but the climate controls work and the screen responds. This is the first time I was able to document the event. On the 2nd driving cycle the radio did turn on after about 3 minutes of driving.
