I have the same issue but from 1st to 2nd. If I left off the gas, it's like it get's confused and doesn't know if it should shift or not, then it does kind of late and is jerky, sometimes really hard. I can't figure it out, and the couple of shops I took it to can't duplicate it. It's annoying...

It's usually in a parking or something where I'm basically just rolling. Or about to come to a stop even.

I understand how tire sizes work. The point is irrelevant though.

I have changed up to 295s. I adjusted the tire size through the obdlink though. The jerk usually happens if I'm in 1st and let off the gas a little before it shifts to 2nd. But it's not immediate, sometimes is seconds after a let off the gas. It's like it's stuck between gears almost.

Curious is anyone had shift point issue in low gears and if the Pulser fixed/helped that issue? Seems like, along with myself, a lot of people have issues when shifting from 1st to 2nd at time, where it feels like it's not sure if it wants to shift, then it does with an annoying jerk/bump to it...

Same thing here. It is extremely annoying. It's typically only when shifting from 1st to 2nd, but not every time. I'm wondering if maybe a pulsar would help the shift point.

Has anyone had any luck with this in the past couple years? I have a 2020 Rebel with the same issue and can't seem to resolve it. Also, anyone with this issue had an problems towing? I'm looking to buy a travel trailer soon and am concerned this could be a problem.
