I love my 21 Rebel. 139,000 miles and counting. Oil change every 5k and let it rip.
I’ve replaced manifold bolts and of all things front output shaft seal on the transfer case.
I’ve seen several people never have a issue with the etourque but the ones who have had issues looks to be a nightmare.
Well since I inherited the allowance after I bought this extra is just paying my truck off within the next year and a half. After that I may have to upgrade or just not take...
My company gives us a vehicle allowance...the perk. $700 a month, a fuel card and basic maintenance is covered.
Stipulation is that it can only be 6 years old or 200k miles.
My 21 Rebel still fits the bill. As I would not have to replace it until the end of 2027. But it's getting some miles...
I went ahead and installed the 350-893hd. Off the truck the springs were actually shorter. But we’re wayyy thicker and compressed less than the stock springs. Ride height stayed the same. Waiting on the rain to quit to be able to hook the camper up.
So we changed trailers. We decided to go with the wolf pup. It’s a 24’ footer and 4800 dry weight.
I messed up and ordered the 350 893. The not variable rate. Still worth installing them for this trailer?
I ordered the 350-893hd because I didn’t want any additional height on my 21 rebel. We switched travel trailers.
We ended up with a wolf pup 17jg. It’s 24 feet and right at 5k dry weight. Still worth installing the springs?
We would be staying local. Backroads and a few state parks. We may venture to Florida that’s 300 miles.
I want a 2500 but I have to get approval and it would be early next year. My company gives us a vehicle allowance but we buy our own.
Sounds like I’ll have to start cheapest options and go forward. This was actually the first time I tried to put gas in it above a quarter of a tank. I’ll run it down then see what it does.
Also I never over fill after that first click.
Just sold my 17 rebel to move to a new to me 21 rebel. Bought it with 100k miles, now at 114k miles.
I just developed an issue where the truck will not take fuel, gas keeps backing up in the fill neck. I’ve tired twisting the fuel nozzle and it doesn’t help. I did use the little white nozzle...
