I can’t seem to find the brackets I need, when I enter the part numbers I’ve been given they either show as a bad number or give me the LED slit style bracket. The brackets part numbers I’ve been given are 68291441AA(bad number) and 68403915AA(gives new style)
good grief, I feel like I'm watching a Charlie Brown special, haha. I appreciate your patience, weather is supposed to turn ****ty here so I was trying to do whatever pre work I could while waiting for the brackets, that's when I noticed the potential fitment issue and was just asking if the gap...
Yes i ordered all the same materials using his part numbers, still waiting on the brackets, but when i put the SS3 lights againt the bezel i get the gaps as in my pictures.
yes, yes and yes. But as you can see from my pictures there appears that when all assembled their will be a large gap. Prolightz, where I ordered the SS3s from was also confused by the shape of the bezel.
No it doesn’t, the led bezels that came on my 2024 truck are long thin horizontal openings, for the lights shown in the video you linked and for the lights I ordered you need the non-led bezels. I ordered the same ones as seen in the video.
What did you tie the power for the backlight into?
I used alfaobd to make the yellow turn indicator my DRL and I figure that’ll look good with the amber backlight.
