Good point. The dealer offered to try a software update to see if that helps. I just had warranty expire so hoping maybe they can figure it out. Considered pulling the panel from my 1500 with same screen and plugging it in just to see what happens. Also considered ordering a new backup camera...

Have a 2020 2500 with 12”. No warning then bam blue screen. Took apart tailgate camera wiring and cleaned. Took apart dash and cleaned connectors. Still blue screen and none of my other cameras work either. And of course right as the warranty expires…. Trucks been a major lemon unfortunately...
