What year and model Ram did you do this to? I have a 2020 1500 so you'd think the cab mounts in the TRX video would work? They look exactly the same except for the rubber surrounding the bolt sleeve. I could be wrong but I'm going to order and see how the compare to the recommended tsb parts.
I guess I should have asked what year and model Ram did you change the A pillar mounts? Your old/originals look exactly like what the tsb says to use. Which by the looks of the newer cushions that you used, that's definitely the way to go.
The body mounts in the tsb look like the originals and do not have the rubber surrounding the bolt sleeve. So I can assume those will not correct the clunk?
Just trying to find out if anything has changed in the last 3 years since the letter was dated 2021 or if anybody has had any luck getting a repair done.
Anyone find success with replacing cab mounts? There is a TSB for trucks built on specific dates in 2018 but I know for a fact I have the same problem on my 2020 Laramie built 10/2019 which is out of the date range given TSB 23-013-19 REV.A.
