Well I took my truck in for the steering wheel wearing at the 12:00 position. The said it was do to “out-side influence” and they WILL NOT replace it. They said it’s from lotion on my hands. I don’t use lotion! I was so mad. This may be the last straw.

Could you post a link or something for the tsb? I can’t seam to find one, that addresses the mechanical issue of the system not cooling enough. I already had the tsb (flash) done. It did nothing to improve it.
