Exactly this. Replaced it and solved the issue. Why the heck is our AC so weak? The seat vent fans are weak too!

Update, ran a full tank of 92 octane with rislone, changed oil and used a WIX XP filter. Still doing then same thing. Oil pressure around 52 PSI cruising speed at about 45mph. The sound is still there. It’s faint but driving me crazy. I really do wonder if it’s normal and I’m just sensitive to...

Yup. TSB solved it.

The filter is brand new but I’ll check again. Someone somewhere else said to take the blower off and inspect.

They spoke too soon. They said the unit won't arrive till end of May but Stellantis was able to expedite one to my dealer for the last week of April. Crazy on the unit shortage.

Whatever the answer is, it’s apparent it wasn’t enough. I’m surprised they don’t have any engineers fixing common warranty issues…
