My 12" U connect 4 screen goes black about 20x a day, but will light up when I turn the headlight switch from Auto or On to "OFF." Last summer it told me I was 50 miles from my actual location and crossing a large river where there is no bridge. That location problem seems to have fixed itself...

I am the owner of a 2020 Ram 1500 Longhorn. I bought it new and it now has around 33,000 miles on it. The U Connect system has been giving me fits. That is why I am here. I will do some searches before I start asking questions.
