I feel your pain.... I went through the same thing (plus more) until, I hired my attorney to handle it. I dropped off my ram at Fiat just over 3 weeks ago and moved on. Still a member here and check in once in awhile - to validate that I made the right decision. Hope you get it resolved soon...

My 2019 developed the notorious lifter tick at 16.5miles. I talked to my service manager who told me that, they were certainly able to get it repaired for me since, they have had a lot of experience with that..... No, it doesn’t. It didn’t in my case. 74 days in the shop within the first 16k miles for various things. The list is too long but it’s all here (I posted everything on this MB) My truck was a Lemon and I am extatic not having to deal with it any longer. Buying a new vehicle soon.

A quick update: my vehicle has just been re-purchased from me by FCA, under the Lemon Law Rules. Got all my money back, including what I paid for car insurance, interest rate, attorney fees etc. What a nightmare it has been! But, At the end of the day, i walked away victorious...!!! Lol! Cheers...

My suggestion would be, to have “your people call my people”...and figure out the issue :) On a more serious note, the service rep you are working with, could give my service rep a call and ask for advice. I am sure Meaghan could provide your service guys with guidance... it took the previous...

15k miles, 73-days in the shop and counting...

Had my steering wheel replaced a month ago due to the frayed leather wrap caused by the steering wheel heating coil cooling it. After the wheel was replaced, there’s now a grinding sound coming from behind the airbag when turning the wheel. It sounds exactly as if, you’d take a hacksaw to a PVC...

I now have high quality audio of the issue. Had my 10yr old daughter helping me w/ troubleshooting. She actually pointed it out that, the sounds is coming from the rear speakers. I’ll have this uploaded on YouTube by the weekend.
