I'm not sure if you order any cars or trucks before, but whatever you order from any manufacture you pay for deposit or if you ordered enough from same dealer then sometimes dealer waive that for you (I ordered bunch of BMWs from same dealer in past...

Did you order through dealer or RAM website? All dealer knew that onboard power system wasn't available until next year.
