3.5 in ReadyLift - Return to Stock?

The squeaking noise coming from the front left ball joint convinced me it was time. Found a set new OEM Wheels/Tires and a local shop to delete the lift. Bilstein front struts allowed for a 1.5 lift up front to eliminate the rake basically 'leveling' the truck. Couldn’t be happier with the...

3.5 in ReadyLift - Return to Stock?

I have a dealer installed 3.5 in ReadyLift with Tera Grapplers (LT305/55R20) Wondering what the grief / expense would be to return to stock. Wife and I aren’t getting any younger and I’d like to see if stock and smaller tires would get me better than 12.5 mpg. Thought I read that the ReadyLift...

Do you wash the beast yourself or go to carwash?

I take mine to the car wash. Life's too short.

What did you do to your Ram today???

Installed a Console Vault today. Took a clutz like me all of 15 minutes. Simple install and very impressed with the build quality.

    3:21 vs 3:92 Gears

I think it's less a question of how 'often' you will tow and more of 'how heavy' are you going to tow when you do? The difference in tow / haul capacity between 3.21 and 3.92 is significant. After I got mine, the notion of looking into an RV came up. 3.21 definitely limits our choices.

Well, that's a really odd thing to happen

It absolutely comes down to training and setting a high bar for your service people. I've taken my truck to the RAM dealership twice (with an appointment) - each time they had it for 3 weeks. They can't fix the squealing brakes. I just gave up on it. When I do go in, I have to stand in the...

Well, that's a really odd thing to happen

My driveway is inclined so I don't think the angle is as sharp as it looks, but what you're suggesting makes sense. I'm concerned about this now. Thanks for pointing it out.

The lift was dealer installed. (not at my request) I bought it new off the lot. 10/2019.

Well, that's a really odd thing to happen

I'm on my way home yesterday afternoon and I hear a loud "Cluck" from the back. Wondered what it was, but didn't think about it after I got to the house. This afternoon when I went outside to look, I saw this: A 4in bolt magically worked its self out. Looking at the other side, this is what...
