It's just cosmetic (and irritating). Mine seems to be less noticeable now (or at least that's what I tell myself). I was surprised at how soft the letters are.

The whitening at the base of the letter is stress marks in the rubber. I have the exact same thing. It's the direct result of me rubbing a curb (I realized it when I did it and got out and looked). It was just enough that the raised letters rubbed, but not the wall of the tire. Notice that...

I did once, but won't again unless it's an emergency. It's really hard to get in without scratching up trim. It's also hard to get centered well enough that the doors don't hit it when they close. Full disclosure..... I was in a bit of a hurry when I did it, so there's probably a better method.

Looks like a legit photo of a 2500 to me. Shark-fin location, grill, headlights, and body (other than possibly the bed length) all match. Also, as others have said, the reflection would be hard to replicate. Wheels could be photo-shopped, but it would be a really good one. You can even see...

My experience is the opposite. I seldom take mine off Auto mode. I would agree that the fan stays on high longer than I'd like sometimes, and the system is a bit slow to go to 100% cooling when you first start up and it's hot out. Other than that, mine seems to work quite well.

Personally, I wouldn't sweat it. Even if you take all of the mileage you've towed and plan to tow, then assume it doubles the wear and tear on the truck vs. regular driving, you still haven't done much (the functional equivalent of putting an additional 6k miles on the truck). If there was an...

I don't have the Info selection on mine (iPhone 8, v_13.3), just Remote and Location. I have the 12" screen. My understanding is that you only get vehicle information with the 8" screen.

It appears he does. I hadn't seen it, nor was I able to find it with a quick search. Apparently my due diligence was inadequate. I will now cower in shame :(
