I don't do anything. Half of the time I don't even remember to lock the doors. I lived in Vegas and that place sucked when it came to crime. Now I live in Northern Michigan, it's pretty calm here. Even if someone did steal my truck, oh well. I would be pretty pissed; my insurance would...
I installed the air lift 1000HD kit today. It was really easy. I'm looking forward to my truck not sagging when I hook up my travel trailer. I'll test it out tomorrow.
I installed the 1000HD's today. Piece of cake. I used 2 floor jacks with 2 jack stands for safety. Never brought the tires off the ground. Didn't take off the wheel well liners or the springs. Folded up the bags , slid them in and routed the air lines. I'm not sure if I want a compressor...
I just received my 1000HD's today. Hopefully I will have time to install them on Monday. Camper season is almost here, and the truck REALLY needs the boost.
Yeah, I don't want smashed windows. If they want my wheels, they can have them. I have insurance. I never have cared for wheel locks. I also have never had my wheels stolen, only radios and speakers (in my older cars),. Fortunately, I don't live in a high crime city anymore.
I took the RAM in for the P0731 code (improper ratio). They couldn't duplicate the shift issue that set off the CEL. The truck did vibrate from time to time on light acceleration like it was in too high of a gear. They updated the pcm per TSB 18 022 21 and performed a quick learn. They also...

That was their words. They told me it could be an issue between the engine and transmission...maybe a speed sensor? When I started driving the RPMs stayed up and it wasn't shifting. I turned the truck off and back on and it started working again but the CEL was still there. I have no clue...
What did I do to my RAM today? Brought it to the dealer for a check engine light...improper ratio. They can't get it in until Wed. The CEL was reset. 😢
2020 1500 Bighorn level 2
4x4 Crew, 5.7l Hemi e Torque, purchased new in 2020
$52k Sticker, paid $42K after rebate, $6k trade and friends and family discount. Financed $37k. Bought a 10y 150K bumper to bumper factory warranty for @ $2,800 cash.
Just brought my 2020 1500 (18,800 miles) in for the same. They didn't give me the code but said it was improper ratio. They didn't have any techs in on a Sat so I have to go back this Wed. It all started when I left my driveway and it wouldn't shift and the CEL popped on. I stopped and...
