Broken 2019 Ram Bighorn 5.7 2wd
Stuck in park. Will not start. Parking brake stuck on, ACC is lit and the "P" is flashing. I have disconnected the negative cable for 30 minutes; the brake lights work and there is almost 13 volts in the battery. Any suggestions?- pfougere
