I plan to run this to under dash fuse box and use a ground somewhere metal on the column area....this 12 volt has built in circuit breaker...do I still need to run an inline fuse somewhere?????

is your 12 volt cig lighter like this one?? I plan to wire it to fuse box or under dash box if possible. this cig lighter has a circuit breaker...do I still need to add an inline fuse to battery or can I just tap into fuse box?????
