Alright! Mine updated quickly and everything looks back to normal. I’m extremely excited to report that for the 1st time in ~3 months the radio is NOT shutting off by itself! I really cannot remember the last time this thing worked right but it was over 3 months for sure.

Just checked mine and no such luck. I was told if you go to App>Sirius XM Travel Link that it would go out and check for over the air updates. I’ve tried that multiple times and nada. I guess I’ll just have to wait until the update Gods bless me as they have you. Is your radio still doing weird...
So shortly after they installed the new valve body I started having the “clunk” issue again when I take off. I’m thinking that they didn’t perform the last TSB when they replaced the valve body. It was virtually gone when they performed the TSB and now its back. Guess I’ll have to take it back...
I would not waste your time as the dealership has not fix right now. I’ve had mine in twice now and still having the same issues where it will power cycle every 20 seconds or so unless I have it on CarPlay. Dealer flashed the radio and nothing got fixed. My problem started a few months back...
I too am having the issue where my 12” radio constantly power cycles on and off. The only way I get it to stop is using Apple CarPlay. @RamCares please push Engineering to release an update. Dealer already reset the radio and that didn’t fix it. They also tell me they cannot roll back to the...
Dealer called me today and told me the valve body was faulty and they had to replace it. Mechanic replaced it with a new one off the shelf and guess what, that one was also faulty. They had to order another one from Chrysler and it will take a week to get. Error code was P1364 from what I...
Welp. Had to get a tow yesterday. Must be a bug or something in that revision of the TCM firmware. Out of nowhere truck said “service traction control” and told me to pull over and park so I did. Then the truck would not let me shift into any gears. I had to get towed to NW CJD here in Houston...
Hello From Houston, TX
I first took my 2019 Ram 1500 into Helfman CJD to check the driveshaft, all was fine. I then worked with RamCares here on the forum who helped me find TSB 21-002-19 REV. I just got my truck back from Northwest CJD after performing the TSB. I have noticed good improvement...
The dealer performed this update on my truck prior to my purchase a couple of months ago. When I took it in for service last week they checked all service bulletins and recalls on my truck and there were zero. I told the service advisor that some members on this forum had success with flashing...
Hello,
My “bump” issue didn’t start for the first few thousands miles as well and I bought mine with around 10 miles on it. It just started happening one day after 3k miles or so. Extremely frustrating to have a $50k+ truck and deal with these small issues.
