Look from the outside - is the door flush with the body? I had an issue on my passenger side with wind coming in and it was because the door wasn't closing flush to the body. The dealership mechanic made some adjustments (I believe it can be done with hinge adjustment and striker adjustment)...

Luckily my vibration is only at high speeds (77+) and mostly happens if I'm following behind someone - as if the turbulent air from their car isn't handled well by the Ram's aerodynamics - which is to be understood for a truck this size. Part of me wondered if the air dam has anything to do...

Any update here for anyone? Or are we just sadly accepting this as a "design flaw"?

Curious if anyone has had a remedy to the issue. I've been living with the highway vibration for a while now. Finally decided to search the forum and was shocked to see how many people are having this issue.

I always assumed it was normal, but did a quick internet search and nothing came up (clunk came up on search, but this isn't a loud clunk). When driving at low speeds (say <25 mph) there's a loud click every 5-10 seconds that comes from under the truck. I'd compare it to the sound a pen makes...

Are you sure it's coming from under the dash? My passenger side door was sticking out slightly from the rest of the body when closed. It made loud air buffeting noises (almost like a window was cracked) at higher speeds and during strong cross-winds. I took it to the dealer and they adjusted...

Mine does that too, I read on another thread that it's normal and has to do with the truck attempting to maintain a constant cabin pressure - makes sense to me. If you have an influx of air coming into the cabin and it's sealed off, every once in a while the pressure will have to be released...

I was driving yesterday and noticed that the backlight on both the tachometer and speedometer (pictured here) is inconsistent. It’s almost as if I have a light out behind the dash, but I don’t - I turned the truck on last night and everything seemed fine. It’s only noticeable during the day...

They sell black textured spray paint. I was going to test it out on some cardboard and see how it compares to the factory finish on those power running boards. I'll report back once I try. I figured I can't be the only one who's had this issue

Realized when I was washing the truck this weekend that I scratched my power running boards.... must have been a rock I hit on site or something. Any recommended paint products for touching it up? I figured matte black spray paint.... but I'm not sure if I should prime first and/or seal...

Fronts are $50 for AirLinks. $30 isn’t worth my time to make myself. Again appreciate the advice but that’s why I asked about quality difference between AirLinks and Revel Links.

Appreciate the help, but I'd rather spend a few extra bucks buying from someone who has a trusted product than trying to do it myself. Rather not screw up the suspension or cause system faults on the truck.

Has anyone compared the Airlinks to the Revel Links? Revel Links are $150 for front, where Airlinks are $54 That's a pretty large difference in price and I'm wondering if there's a difference in quality...
