ACC is one of the main reasons I traded in my 2019 Laramie for a 2020 Limited, that and the 360 camera. My wife got a 2020 Grand Cherokee that had it and it made me want to take her vehicle on long trips because of it. I love it, makes me a much more patient driver. Works great.

How is the dealership remotely responsible for a brand new vehicle with a defect? What could be FCA's reasoning to make the dealership pay for this? Because it was not caught on initial inspection? Depending on how often it was run, where it was parked, etc they may not have seen this.

Remote start will not work for a few reasons like then check engine light is on or fuel is low. I'm sure there are other things that will make it do this, maybe it's reading DEF fluid is too cold?

Don’t think you can. But I believe you can put the time on the instrument cluster.

I live in Florida where my driveway barely has a slope and the rear brake assist kicks on. So I also had to turn it off. My 17 Grand Cherokee with the same feature does not have this issue. The RAM is definitely more sensitive and needs re-calibration or something.

Has it happen to me a few times while doing 70+ with a pretty good crosswind.
