It has been good! I wish I had been able to do a bit more research on it before buying but the distance made it hard. I think I may have opted for the 3.21 over the 3.92 and definitely wouldn't have gotten the non-powerfold tow mirrors. Besides that though - it is a beast and SO comfortable.
What do you mean by going from the stock 32" to 33"? are you talking sidewall height? I know on mine the rim size is 20". What kind of tires are you running? I am looking to replace my OEM Duelers ASAP.
Ok... so basically from reading all of this (which is a bunch) I probably made the wrong decision getting the 3.92 vs 3.21 for what I will be doing which is mostly commuting. Bought the truck while I was still overseas and didn't have all the information (like the damn non-power folding tow...
Today while driving a 9 hour road trip my 2019 Longhorn had an issue where it attempted to transition from normal to aero mode due to speed but failed to complete the process and the light just kept blinking on the indicator. I also had a message to “service air ride system” but when I stopped...
Yeah that makes sense then... I don’t know why they wouldn’t have put the heated mirrors on the Rebels. Yeah... maybe the 21 tow mirrors will work with our trucks... but if they added the side cameras that may actually be an issue for software purposes.
My wife sent me the attached picture of the mirrors and it does look like mine are heated; what model do you have? I think the Infotainment mirrors do have heat if you get the chrome back ones. But like you said - $1600 is a LOT of money for really just getting power fold.
I am in need of opinions - I have a 2019 Longhorn with the tow mirrors. As we all know - they are not power fold. I have still not seen the truck in person but I am extremely concerned about the size of the mirrors. I am looking at the infotainment.com package to get the power fold standard...
Thanks! I have been looking online for a while... I REALLY like the brown interior. I see you have the towing mirrors - what are your thoughts on those? My wife does not really like them and of course I have not experienced them yet but I know there are options to replace them.
Pretty excited to be back a part of the RAM community! I had a 2014 RAM Limited and traded it in a couple years ago.
Now I am the proud owner of a 2019 Ram Laramie Longhorn with all the bells and whistles!!!
Crazy part right now is that I am deployed and still haven't even gotten to see it in...
Just joined today and went through this entire thread (great read by the way) and have a few questions. I bought a 2019 Ram Longhorn and it unfortunately has these dreaded tow mirrors. I just went on the RAM site to build out a '21 and they do now officially offer the POWER FOLDING tow mirrors...
