If you look in this pic you will see on the driver side there is a rod you have to get to release the ball so you can take it out of the bed.

I was looking to get some rear wheel liners for my 2024 ram 2500 but I don't want to cover the release lever. Is there anyone that makes one that you can still access the release lever? Or is my best option to buy some and just cut out a hole to access the release lever.
