Ah ok. Still sucks that the files are not available to download and you must go to the dealer and have someone plug in a stick and walk away while it updates. It’s not like you’re hands-on working on anything, but yet you get charged for it. BS

I was told by the uconnect people after calling 3 different numbers and being transferred 3 times, that my 2020 Ram is two updates behind and it would take about an hour and half at the dealership and they want to charge me $250+ to do it. What a crock that is. The updates were "over the air"...
