For the 2019, and anyone that gets the Trailer TPMS to populate in the UConnect but not in the dashboard after enabling the settings, you will need to swap to a newer EVIC / Instrument Cluster. I used P/N #68453471AD, but any 2021 7" 1500 EVIC Instrument Cluster should work.
@Signalscout You have 2 options - Hardwire the LED or to swap to a 2021 BCM. After installation of the 2021 BCM and reconfiguring the BCM for the tow mirrors the LED worked as mech'd with.
So I am glad to report I was successfully able to get the back-up LED to work as OEM with the 360 tow mirrors using a 2021 BCM.
You will need to swap your 19 BCM with the 21 BCM, along with all items mentioned above. I had to do it via dealer then re enable everything via alpha. Then reset the...
So the issue I think you will run into is I know for a fact he had to login into the MOPAR Service Website, unlock the BCM from ship, Use a newly generated code to just get the BCM to wake-up and start talking. After that he had to do some more work to get all the modules to do a "Handshake" to...
They Charged $150 - Make sure they are not troubleshooting it. You solely want the BCM you bought directly from dealership to be installed. You are fine with the Vehicle Original Config (They won't add any options that were not documented / recorded onto the VIN)
I just went through this. The Dealership or someone with access needs to do it. There is a code that is required that is revolving/random. They, Dealership, have to put the configuration onto it. Then they will have to reset a few modules to start up the Can-Bus communication. It sucks - but...
You will have to follow the adding 360 portion for the front camera. Then for the tow mirrors do the above, with all the parts. Not difficult, just time consuming and sometime with alpha obd.
Success!!!
Alright - Success. Attached are the logs.
Steps I used -
1) Open AlphaOBD
2) Connect the OBDLink MX+
3) Connect to CVPM Via Advance Mode
- Once Connection Established -
4) Go to Manual Connect
**Within the Send Command:**
4a) Type 8502 - Hit Send...Do this twice.
5) Within Status...
Jimmy07! Success - Thank you, I found the information for the 8502 in the 3500 forums! So a 2019 can add tow mirrors with ALL the parts required (Door Modules, CVPM, Mirrors)
Alright - Success. Attached are the logs of the error that wasn't allowing it to calibrate.

Any Progress on this? I am seriously about ready to go on Ebay and find a totaled 22. Cheaper than trading in my 19 for a 22 with all the same options plus the new ones I am trying to add
So I just got some time this weekend to mess with this. Again this is on a 2019. The error I have been getting is
Failed. Condition not correct or request sequence error
I attempted to clear any outstanding errors. Only error that was present was

Not sure if you got a response, but I have the one out of my truck (2019 Laramie) that had the stock 360 camera system. Swapped to 2021 Tow mirrors with the 360 camera and had to change out my CVPM. My part number is 68318033AF with a mfg date of 09/28/18
