$125 for a stud you can get for $15 from the dealer? They have got to be insane to think they can charge people for their screw up. I refuse to take anything to the dealer unless it is absolutely necessary. Rip off artists
Rear bumper ground down and painted body color. Only door handles and tailgate release for all the Chrome to be gone.( FYI... rear bumper is aluminum. )
You definitely have to remove the caliper and rotor to access the hub to get the new studs to seat flush against the hub.
I added a 3/4" hub centric spacers(not adapters) to fit TRX wheels on my 2020 Laramie and had to change the studs to longer ones.
Picked up the Laramie at the vinyl shop... Turned out great! Added tow hooks, took off the aad, the stationary air dam and a new body color bumper I got off FB. Bought it the right color but poor packaging and UPS had other ideas. Had to strip it down and start over, 2 days later and a boat load...
I changed the 1/2" spacers out for 3/4" hub centric spacers... that 1/4" makes the tires sit even with the flare. I'll take some pics tomorrow, she's gettin some stripes to break up the black
