2019 Ram 1500 Limited - More problems. This time with 12" screen. Been to dealership twice. UConnect, Navigation, Assist and SOS buttons will not work because system offline. Dealership said unit will not take an update. Will have to wait until a new update comes out end of year or 1st quarter. This truck has been nothing but problems since I got in 2019. Maybe take to a different dealership.

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. This past June, AC would quit blowing a few minutes after getting in truck on hot days. Dealership changed out fan motor twice and replaced AC module once. Ram Care closed out ticket before understanding if it was fixed. I called to have a ticket opened up again and they indicated a ticket couldn't be opened up until the dealership made an appointment to look at it.
