@Jimmy07 and s8er01z: Thanks for the replies. Do you know if a factory reset will re-install the software that originally came with the system (from factory) or will it just wipe out custom profile settings and possibly dealer installed options? The threads involving a hard reset seem to...- MarcS

I am also trying to find the MY22.S26.17-PROD zip so I can go back to what works! If they can't be bothered to do a patch, they can at least GIVE ME BACK THE OPTIONS I PAID FOR. I hope some one with the files will respond.- MarcS
