Thanks for your reply. I wired my 2017 as you suggest and yes, it worked well. My new light however is also wired for running lights, and so the 4 pin socket would give me both the brake and running. I suppose I may have to accept that the running light can't be enabled

I'm plugging in a bed cap top light.

On my 2025 1500 Laramie, when I plug a jack into the 4 pin rear outlet the system believes there is a trailer and shuts off the rear sensors. Is there a workaround for this? Or, failing that, if I tap into the brake/running lines feeding one of the brake lights, will it trigger the sensors to...
