Leaking coolant
I Had this same issue having to refill my coolant reservoir every now and then, I finally found the issue, the connector on the heater supply and return hose was defective. One side connects to the fire wall, the other side connects to the metal coolant hose. If you move it slightly on the side...- LuisAV
