Do you have a Tazer? I believe you can adjust the DRL settings with that.

This is great. Are you North America based? Did you notice any other differences in the dash screens once you changed it? I see it's MPH which is nice.

Makes sense and good idea. For mine I used Alfa and disabled these two settings: VehConfig 8: Trailer TPM P/T Chasis Net: TTPM Trailer Tire Pressure Monitoring

Got my lamps working via AlfaOBD. Same as @brental1 I don't have the icon in my dash, its just the "second" push of the foglight switch. Wiring harness I purchased (1x Wiring Fascia Rear 68490773AC) included connectors for backup sensors, fog lights, lic plate lamps, trailer elec connection...

Also - I meant to add - the RoW headlight switch operates exactly as the USA switch, no changes other than the silkscreening.

I did swap out the headlight switch for the RoW switch. I have not coded the truck yet, because I'm waiting for an android tablet to arrive (had to buy one, haha. No windows or droid in the house). I'll report back as soon as I've coded via AlfaOBD.
