Is the tick starting to come back just after replacement?
Just had the whole cam/lifter replacement done at 33,000 miles on my 2023 Ram 1500 5.7L V8 w/etorque, covered under warranty no charge, and now at 35,400, it doesn't sound quite like the last tick but definitely noticeable with the hood popped and very very faint from inside the cab.
