I unplugged mine to prove to them that the noise is coming from the speakers they still havent done anything. I'm taking it to a different dealer Friday to see what they say.

They still won't even attempt to fix my ANC problems. Rams customer service is horrible

I am about to order it where do you install it. The website says under the passenger seat but my amp is under the driver seat, at least I think. The ANC is driving me crazy

Mine is still doing the long drone sounds even after the dealer had it for 3 days and did absolutely nothing to fix it. It is the worst especially on long road trips. Ram please fix this it is absolutely ridiculous.

I'm taking my truck in on Monday for this issue. If they cant fix it can they at least disable it? It does it all the time at certain speeds but sometimes when I start the truck up it just keeps doing it so it must be a problem with the speakers (at least I think)

My truck is doing the same thing. It mainly happens when turning at low speeds but it is starting to do it when I am driving. It's almost like a clunk and I feel it right under my feet. The dealership I bought the truck from still cant figure it out.

Sure I'm not sure how to send you a message. It seems to be working fine now. I noticed that when I take turns I hear a thump directly under my feet I am trying to figure out what it is. It does it when i turn left or right but not everytime.
