I purchased this vehicle 1year ago and this is my first code. Is it normal to be missing a fuse? And any harm installing one in the slot now?

That’s one super clean undercarriage. I live in the Midwest and yesterday I had tires installed, despite washing the truck 1 or 2x per week , I see surface rust everywhere. Nothing too bad, but I wish I could keep that underside as new looking as yours.
