There's a recall on 2024 and up models for software glitches on the instrument cluster and infotainment screen. The dealership is replacing screens free of charge. This could potentially solve this problem and all other software issues

NOT a solution, but What I've been doing lately is only using the instrument cluster navigation when I need it. So basically i just leave my cluster on other screens 90% of the time. I Wish I was writing a solution to this issue. I thought I had it figured out yesterday when I thought the issue was somehow coming from my Android Auto connection. But I was wrong, again. I've messaged RAM Directly and they're troubleshooting with me.
