After the battery died for some reason the shifter would spin freely and wouldn't go out of gear. I had found that out when I tried taking it out of park to move it out of the garage. I have no idea how that happened or why it would have happened because of dead batteries?
Just a follow up on my shop visit for my dead battery. They are saying both batteries were bad and the shifter needed replacement. In my mind something had to happen for all of those issues to magically occur at once, but the service desk is less than helpful.
I love this truck, but man this is frustrating. 35,000 miles and I've had check engine lights, Uconnect issues and now a dead truck that wouldn't turn over. I'm curious to see what the dealership says on Monday.
I've joined the dead battery club on my SST. I haven't driven the truck much lately but I did start it last week with no problem. I charged both batteries today and the interior lights and Uconnect system will come on, but when I try to start it I get a click and that's it. Doesn't even try...
It looks like I'm joining the dead battery club. I've put 34,000 miles in it but recently was given a company vehicle and my truck has been sitting without much use. I started it last week no problem, went to get in it for church this morning and it was absolutely dead.
I've tried charging...
I wanted to pick your guys brains on oil change intervals. I'm at 5,000 miles which in the past was always when I get oil changed, but my indicator is showing I'm still at 50% oil life. 90-95% of my driving is highway so that makes sense. Would you guys wait until maybe 7,500 miles for an oil...
I've been having this issue for a couple months now and had the dealership check it out at my last oil change. It sounds like they are seeing this happen a lot and there isn't a solution. RAM supposedly tells them it's an issue where the truck loses wifi or cell signal but the service advisor...
Yep. This has been going on for the last couple of weird. It didn't seem to be bothering anything but today I had some major gremlins with uconnect and connecting my phones.
The little electrical gremlins have been the worst part of my truck so far in 19,000 miles. The parking brake will...
Well, a new one happened today. My truck has been running great since they said they did an update awhile back. I've put about 6,000 trouble free miles on since that time.
I took it in for an oil change this morning at the dealership and it started up fine this morning. As I'm sitting there...
Thank you. It's just a BigHorn model. The BigHorn has pretty much everything I need thankfully. Except for passive entry. I think it's crazy they don't offer that as a standard feature!!
I know there has been a lot of negatives for many of us but I do have to say I'm loving my truck. I've been having good luck (knock on wood) since I took my truck in for the cel that popped up at 2,400 miles. I'm at 5,400 miles now and it's been going well. About the only negative lately has...
I guess I'm not positive on that but it sounds like a rubber squeak as the bed flexes at the bottom of my driveway. I'm not sure what the brake noise sounded like but it sure could be that.
