Seatbelt was for sure on. I wear my seatbelt every time and always put it on before I try to put it in gear. On the flip side, I know I've moved my truck without my seatbelt on and never had that happen. It's so sporadic and I can't find a common reason for it.

The door was completely shut. I've had it happen at least ten times when I knew the door was completely shut.

As a follow up, the truck is running good and seems to be back to normal. However, note this message is showing up for the auto start/stop.

After the battery died for some reason the shifter would spin freely and wouldn't go out of gear. I had found that out when I tried taking it out of park to move it out of the garage. I have no idea how that happened or why it would have happened because of dead batteries?

Just a follow up on my shop visit for my dead battery. They are saying both batteries were bad and the shifter needed replacement. In my mind something had to happen for all of those issues to magically occur at once, but the service desk is less than helpful.
