Thanks @HoosierTrooper . I only wanted the two-tone if the bumpers matched. So I ended up fully embracing the chrome... with the blue & chrome. It was the only color where I didn't think the amount of chrome looked bad (regular amount... I didn't get the chrome package). It just looks like a...
I am planning to get level 1. I don't really want anything in level 2... I mostly wanted features in the advanced safety package.
But since you have to first get level 2 equip package and then pay even more for the advanced safety package... I'll just stick with level 1.

We do similar. But our current trailer is single axle and Soni don't want to overweight it (esp if the fresh water tank is filled).. so, it's a balancing act.

Thanks, that's all what I thought. I'm looking at a pretty loaded CC 4x4 Laramie, so payload is getting eaten up by options.. so I am likely to hit the payload capacity before towing capacity.
I don't think I'll ever tow more than 7500 lbs (current TT is around 4500 lbs but will probably...
I know that adding options to your truck (side steps, MFT, etc) lowers your payload capacity, but does it change your towing capacity?
Or do options not change your towing capacity directly but added options count toward GCWR so they might push you over GCWR (if you happen to be hauling a good...
Aside from the physical size of the screen and including NAV... Is there a difference in (software) operation between the 12 inch and 8.4 inch Uconnect?
Due to physical size, does the 12 inch displace some physical buttons so RAM has to move those physical buttons to software buttons on the...
@bdpeter I believe you are correct. Ram just doesn't have an option to auto fold the mirrors (when you turn the truck on or off). But presumably that could be changed with a software update.

So it might be that Laramies just have power-folding mirrors standard (but it's not always on the window sticker). Where is the button that folds the mirrors in & out?

@ponypride
I am in this exact scenario, but I don't think the adaptive cruise, fwd collision and Birdseye view are worth the $5k they want for the difference. So I'll probably end up with equip level 1.

@Billy James that seems likely. It's just odd because power-folding is called out on the sport/night/black appearance packages and then not mentioned on "standard" appearance Laramies.
When you say you're is chrome.. do you mean regular amount of chrome or you added the chrome appearance...
I've searched the forum and looked at many window stickers but they don't seem to say definitely...
If you get a regular appearance Laramie (no sport/black/night/etc edition) are the standard mirrors power-folding or manual-folding (but power adjustable)?
(I know the tow-package means...
Adding equipment level 2 on a 2020 Laramie costs $3200 more than Level 1. But it only adds 4 things from their listings..
Uconnect 8.4 with NAV
Rear underseat storage
Harmon Kardon sound
Heated 2nd row seats
The Uconnect & Rear underseat storage can be optioned ala carte for $900.
So that...
