I don't think you can change the USB-C Ports. Only the charging USB port can be changed.

sorry I can't think how to troubleshoot the issue. Bringing the truck to the dealer is the last option I guess. Hope it's not too expensive to fix. Please keep us updated if you're able to fix. Good luck.

Do you hear the actuators moving in/out when you perform the reset? Have you tried to disconnect the battery for few min.?

If you have a switch to cut off the power to the Camera, so it doesn't run all the time when you driving, it will take care of the overheat issue.

Yes, it should work for your 2019. I ordered the same Part Number and it works for my 2019 RAM 1500. It was $692.03 shipped on March, 2022.
