Can anyone help me out? I recently upgraded my factory Class III to the Curt 15005 specifically marketed for this truck (2020 1500 Bighorn), put the bumper back on and noticed the tailgate wasn't moving properly. Come to notice that the bottom of the gate was rubbing slightly the black plastic...
For me it was the active air dam on that code; I unplugged it and wrapped the connector, pulled the neg batter cable for about 20 min and the lights been gone ever since.

Nice job on the bumpers it certainly does look like a lot of work. Paint it not chipped or cracked; thought its very small it reminds me of the rear wheel well pre-cancer my '04 had; same type of texture etc.
Does anyone know if anyones had this corrosion issue on a Ram DT before? Any chance Dodge will make good on it or do I have to go spend a mortgage payment on a new fiberglass hood b/c they didnt paint it properly?
Really Dodge?? I saw these this past weekend forming on the drivers side hood. The weatherstripping on the underside of the hood looks clean but you can feel a little bit of the bubbles there too. Paint is not chipped anywhere and I don't recall driving through any salt water ever....... Frame...
Yeah I didn't even get to that point yet. Literally not even 5 min into the install had to stop b/c of this. The bolt head began to round itself out. 6pt 18mm socket. Might try to heat it up or penetrating oil, and/or save it for the warmer months. I just cant believe the bolt would be that soft...
