What did you do to replicate the noise? I read the TSB and it says to loading rear seat with equipment/passengers. Did you put a bunch of stuff in the back or have 2 people back there?- kaddy

I had my truck in twice to the dealer and they could not get the sound to reproduce so they said they couldn't do anything. I purchased my truck in January so I know it was built before April 2019, but they said it doesn't fall under the TSB. Not sure what to do now. Is there a way to get this...- kaddy
