The dealership needs to reprogram the module. Electronic power steering. They finally fixed the grinding noise a couple weeks ago. TSB - 1819569D module. Also on my invoice was: found tsb 08-137-21 rev.b. updated eps software to latest version

Ridiculous that i have had my 2019 ram in for the right hand turn grind 3 times and they cant reproduce the noise. Dodge is fully aware of the problem but no fix yet!!!!

I just went to the dealer friday and the guy told me exactly what you said in your post. it seems they want people to trade in - new 2021 ram $70,000 and their inventory is nothing !

I just dropped my 2019 limited off at the dealership for the 3rd time for that same issue. Did you ever find out what the problem was?
