I agree, it does take awhile for to cool down unlike some others. I remote start it five mins or so before I leave to go anywhere now. My issue was, the system would shut down completely. I would have to power cycle the HVAC to get the blower to start again. Not that it was bad or under performing.

The dealer found that I had two codes. One for the blower and the other for the HVAC control module. I got my truck back Friday, They replaced both the blower and the HVAC control module. I will see if this fixes the issue.

I never ran any trails around McGregor. Most of the trails we use are in New Mexico, east of Las Cruces. If your interested I can get you in touch with some really good guys. They have been running those trails for many years.
