When you took the truck to the service department, where they able to duplicate the problem before performing the TSB or did they take your word for it that it doesn't start when cold out?

That is true, however when I put a heater blanket on it, it has started every morning when it's cold out. And the previous battery tested fine and they only put a new battery on it because I complained that it was doing the exact same thing after they tested it.
Is there anyway you can call them and ask them what sensor failed? I'm curious what the mystery part is that could be causing the problem. Maybe it's the battery voltage sensor.
